Position Summary:
The Full-time Girls Ministry Associate is responsible for providing assistance to the Student Ministry in the development, implementation, and administration of a comprehensive ministry program for the Girls Ministry in order to develop and reproduce followers of Jesus Christ in accordance with God’s Word.
Work closely with the Minister to Students and Next Gen Girls Director to organize, implement, and market Girls ministry events and initiatives
Build relationships that lead to discipleship within Girls Ministry
Assist in organizing and promoting Girls Ministry activities, including fellowships and retreats
Organize and/or lead Girls Bible studies for Junior High and High School
Responsible for developing, implementing and supervising the duties and responsibilities of Girls Ministries
Assist in developing Girls leadership team
Develop, implement and oversee a program of outreach to participants in the Girls Ministry and prospective members of the church
Function in an interactive and cross-functional relationship with all other ministries and support areas of the church
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Minister to Students and Next Gen Girls Director

Must be fully committed to the Mission and Core Values of First Baptist Dallas
Must serve as an active member of First Baptist Dallas
Must be committed to biblical Christian principles and teachings both professionally and personally
Should have a minimum of 3 year of prior experience in a ministry leadership position; preferably related to Girls Ministry
Must be working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters Level Degree
Must be able to listen effectively and to communicate clearly, both orally and in written form
Must possess exceptional speaking skills and the ability to speak confidently before groups
Must work well with others and be willing to work in partnership with Next Gen Girls Ministry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires the ability to walk, stand and sit, sometimes for prolonged periods of time
Requires occasional bending/stooping
