ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect all cards from weekend experiences and other ministry activities.
  • Process communication cards and other information through FellowshipOne.
  • Make sure cars are available at all events and weekend services to collect information for new volunteers.
  • Champion the use of Fellowship One as a primary tool of volunteer tracking.
  • Keep a database of all cards collected.
  • Ensure accountability of ministry leads connecting with the volunteers within 48 hours.
  • Contact all inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Follow the system: Card collected Contact, thank and connect the volunteer within 24 hours Enter the volunteer into the database Give the card to the ministry lead for continued follow up within 48 hours Follow-up with the volunteer every 2 weeks until they are fully integrated Check-in once every 6 months with the volunteer
