Job Description
St. Rita Catholic Community is seeking a full-time Hispanic Ministries Coordinator (HMC).
To help us realize our vision to Gather, Worship, Serve, and Renew, the HMC serves primarily Hispanic members of St. Rita Catholic Community as well as those whom the Community serves. Serving families for whom Spanish is their primary language at various moments of liturgical, educational, and pastoral need, the HMC is responsible for ensuring that the many liturgical and pastoral services St. Rita offers are available to them to the best of our ability, pastorally and professionally. Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a degree in theology, ministry, social work, or related field would be considered an excellent asset. Further, previous experience in ministry or in related work is essential. Fluency in Spanish and cultural awareness is essential. In addition, the candidate must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and be a faithful, practicing Catholic.
