Overall Responsibilities:
Provide the overall ministry and staff leadership for the North Dallas Campus for Birth - 5th Grade
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supervise Children's Ministry Staff - Preschool Coordinator (PT or FT), resource staff/volunteer team, childcare staff
- Lead Children's Ministry team in developing recruitment strategies, plans and weekly staffing
- Lead Children's Ministry team in ministering and encouraging volunteer leaders on a personal level
- Lead in planning and implementing leadership training events and planning meetings, encouragement events and leadership parties
- Oversee communication with all leaders
- Oversee the volunteer/leader assimilation process - includes placement, orientation, training and mentoring process of new leaders; prospective team member follow up
- Administration of budgets for all North Dallas Children's accounts
- Oversee weekend programming for Birth - 5th Grade
- Direct staff and volunteer/leader teams to identify and guide children and parents toward their next step in their faith walk (to include baptisms for children, teens and adults)
- Lead Children's Ministry special events, including: Parent Dedication, Trunk or Treat, KidQuest, Summer Camps, Young Christians Class, etc.
- Oversee Children's mid-week services/programming
- Room prep
- Work with LPKids Central Team to develop and contextualize Mid-week curriculum for Forney campus
- Recruitment, staffing & training of volunteers/leaders
- Parent Outreach and Support
- Coordinate and lead parent meetings for Camps, Mission Trips, Parent Dedications, Young Christians Class, etc.

Experience Required:
- Children's Ministry Leadership Experience
- Teaching experience or early childhood background
