JOB SUMMARY:
This part-time position (25 hours per week) provides administrative support for the Local Good Center. The Local Good Center serves our community with programs in Education, Advocacy, Job Readiness, and Wellness. This role serves on the Central Team and requires experience in successful administrative assistance.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting and representing the Local Good Center
Resourcing Campus Leaders around this ministry
Assisting with event planning, material, and execution; registration, building supply management, communications, organizational details
Providing accurate data management and handling of meeting space assignments

General A-Team Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events
Prepare and submit expense reports in church management software
Edit and generate correspondence as needed
Maintain team calendar in Outlook
Maintain accurate and current records in church management software
Reserve room and resources in church management software
Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements
Support Office Manager as needed (A-Team, special projects, training, phone coverage, etc.).
Keep clear communication with campuses
Attend required meetings
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

JOB PROFILE:
SPECIFIC SKILLS / STRENGTHS

Possesses strong software management, data entry, and task organization skills
Detail-oriented; enjoys diving deep into the fine details, making sure everything is organized and accurate
Good with multi-tasking; able to keep track of types of groups and events at the same time
Flexible and willing to jump into other tasks outside of normal responsibilities
Energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
Proactive and timely in carrying out assignments to completion
Forward-thinking and able to enhance data processes, record keeping, and effectiveness of ministries

EXPERIENCE DESIRED

Experience: 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EDUCATION DESIRED

Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency; college degree preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

There are no supervisory responsibilities with this role.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to speak effectively and understandably on the phone. The ability to effectively present information and respond to common inquiries regarding Chase Oaks ministries is also required. High attention to customer service.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

COMPUTER SKILLS

Strong ability to learn and master complex management software
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook calendaring, and email
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Databases
Strong software management, data entry, and task organization skills are a must
