Purpose:

The Marketing Coordinator at All Saints Catholic School will be responsible for spreading the word about ASCS via social media, online marketing, and print marketing. An ideal candidate would be skilled in design and social media strategy with a passion for Catholic education. There will also be some initial work surrounding brand identity and brand coherence to ensure that all advertising efforts are effectively connecting people back to All Saints Catholic School.

Role and Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Posting to Instagram and Facebook regularly (10-20 posts per week)
  • Ads for Instagram and Facebook as needed
  • Monitoring the ASCS Facebook Community Page to approve posts and reworking content to share on the main page when appropriate
  • Evaluate performance data to ensure posts are reaching targeted audience

Content and Photography

  • Attend key ASCS events to document and share with photos and video
  • Ensure that content stays fresh and relevant to the daily life on campus
  • Work with a process to receive and process photos from other staff and parents

Graphic Design

  • Create and share graphics for upcoming events and celebrations
  • Create and share campaign materials and announcements

Coordination

  • Communication regarding events, announcements, and updates will come from multiple departments and will need to be coordinated
  • Create the structure and model to ensure constituents receive the information they need in a clear and timely manner

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • A working knowledge of Catholic education with an understanding of our All Saints Community
  • Demonstrable experience with graphic design and marketing success via a submitted portfolio.
  • Working experience with Adobe Suite, Canva or similar applications.
  • Maintains a positive, upbeat, self-starting, solutions-centered, can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize accordingly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to cover special events which often occur on evenings and weekends.
