Media Volunteer Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the volunteer training program, as laid out by the Director of Media
  • Communicate weekly with volunteers and develop relationships with volunteers through regular ministry opportunities
  • Directly oversee volunteers at the Plano Campus
  • Assist/support volunteers at the North Campus and Español Campuses through appropriate Media staff
  • Suggest, maintain, and train others in volunteer management systems such as Planning Center Online, etc.
  • Assist Media staff in coordinating staffing needs for events
  • Development and upkeep of an online LMS
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with other ministries
  • Order office supplies and provide administrative assistance as needed for Media staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC
  • Willingness to commit to Media core values of Passionate, Relational, Excellent, Accountable, Collaborative, and Honoring
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and outreach skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a production environment preferred
  • Proficient on Apple products and Google Workspace
