ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Pathways Counseling Center
- Recruit, coordinate and train support group leaders as needed
- Develop and manage the logistics and promotions for support groups
- Work collaboratively with other ministry team leaders to create support groups that are needed by church members
- Provide leadership and management of the counseling center software conversion
- Partner with the Director of Pathways Counseling Center and other Counselors to manage daily calendar appointments
- Responsible for ensuring clients contact information, forms and payments are kept up to date in the counseling software
- Partner with Communications Team to update and mange Pathways social media platforms
- Process payments and turn in to the Finance & Accounting office in a timely fashion
- Shared oversight of practicum students and interns with the Director, delegating tasks as appropriate
- Reserve meeting rooms as needed for meetings, and ordering materials, such as workbooks, etc.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of office equipment
- Work cross-functionally with other ministry areas to fulfill the administrative oversight of Pathways
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Pathways Counseling Center

- Must possess characteristics that reflect a person of faith and a lifestyle of biblical integrity
Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)
- Fully committed to the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and overall church ministry
- Embody the Green Team Characteristics and work according to Operating Principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power-point), Google Docs, as well as other software utilized in the Counseling Center
- Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in as an office manager or similar type role
- Proven track record of being efficient and possess strong organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience working for a non-profit is a plus
- Must have experience with the function and management of general office equipment
Physical
- Ability to work extensive hours on a computer screen
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, hold, grasp and key
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
