This position performs all administrative functions including greeting guests and visitors, maintaining the schedules and calendars for the clergy and parish facilities. In addition, the Parish Administrator prepares and handles any clergy correspondence as needed. This person is also the first point of contact in the parish office for all visitors, guests and volunteers. We seek a person with a "Servant's heart and Willingness to serve others."
Job Requirements
Skills are but not limited to:
Practicing member of the Catholic Church.
Assist the receptionist with phone calls.
Ability to effectively work with email forms and electronic communication
Prepare Welcome correspondence for new parishioners.
Assist the Accounting office as needed with maintenance of the Parishioner Data Base Software
Strong Computer skills - especially Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point
in addition to Google Docs/Forms and any Cloud Based programs
Multi-Tasker and Good Communication skills - both written and verbal.
High School Diploma
Office experience in a professional or parish office environment
