Purpose:
Creatively directs and helps produce social media content (primarily visual content, design, photography, video, etc.) Works with social media managers in the various departments to resource them with content and guide the use of that content. Helps to enforce brand guidelines and initiate strategic content creation for events, initiatives, and our week-to-week social engagement.

Design expertise specifically in Adobe suite is preferred.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Foster continuity across the various platforms and creativity (in keeping with our brand) regarding content (images, language, video, etc.) for social.
We are working with others, cultivating strategy, and creating compelling (primarily visual) content for social media.
Work with volunteers to produce visual content for social channels, as we want to build a more excellent volunteer support structure around social media.
Create compelling consistent content (primarily visual) in coordination with social media managers and departments.
Coordinate with social media managers, volunteers, ministries, and team planning.

Skills/Qualifications:
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Ability to edit small video clips optimized for social media
Familiarity with work in social media software
Ability to create engaging creative design and video content
Knowledge of social trends and social media best practices
Knowledge of increasing engagement and organizational growth on social platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Familiarity with Macintosh environment
Must have a flexible schedule (Available on Weekends & Evenings)
Must have reliable transportation
