Scope: Create intentional environments to engage and disciple girls and female adult leaders (6th-12th grade) in order to invite them to know Christ as Savior and to live a life of dependence on Him.

Responsibilities
- Identify the needs and interests of 6th-12th grade girls within the church and community.
- Meet regularly with female adult leaders in Middle and High School ministry.
- Disciple girls on an individual and group basis.
- Teach on a regular basis in Student Ministry.
- Attend weekly Family Ministry team meeting to provide input on all ministry happenings.
- Help family team be aware of any needs related to Northwest families.
- Assist High School and Middle School ministers with communications and messages; Provide ideas on effective communication for girls involved in ministry.
- Organize events geared towards girls to promote community, encouragement, and an environment for students to invite their friends.
- Communicate regularly with parents and partner with them to support discipleship of their students.
- Help organize and execute seasonal events such as fall/winter retreats, summer ministries, mission trips and outreach events.
- Assist in planning and executing Family Ministry events to equip and shepherd parents.
- Assist in other activities as needed.

Requirements
As a religious organization all employees must affirm and adhere to the Church’s Doctrinal Statement of Faith and the Statement on Marriage and Human Sexuality, based upon its sincerely held religious beliefs, to qualify for involvement with the ministry. This is necessary to accomplish the Church’s religious mission, goals, and purpose.
