Lead on stage from guitar, and vocally if needed on Sunday mornings
Music Direct on stage each Sunday
Provide weekly student worship
Lead one rehearsal a moth on a Sunday after church
Organize weekly set lists
Be familiar with Planning Center, ProPresenter, and Ableton or Playback
Build relationships with the students on the team and build a worship culture, with help from the student team, in student ministry
Attend weekly student team meeting
Responsible for recruiting new students to the worship team
Work towards having a full band every week for worship
Coach and develop students into better musicians, vocalists, and leaders
Oversee student AVL team
Assist with any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
As a religious organization, all employees must affirm and adhere to the Church’s Doctrinal Statement of Faith and Statement on Marriage and Human Sexuality based upon its sincerely held religious beliefs, to qualify for involvement with the ministry. This is necessary to accomplish the Church’s religious mission, goals, and purpose.
