Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a production team comprised of AVL volunteers and staff to serve at all campus services and events, guiding them with excellence toward the goal of creating an environment that facilitates worship.
- Execute a vision for Sunday worship services, including sound, Online streaming, stage design, layout of stage, and lighting structure.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the guest experience in the Worship Center through appropriate AVL settings that inhance the overall worship experience.
- Create and build creative elements and sermon illustrations through stage props and technology.
- Maintain, repair, and update as necessary the campus’s inventory of technical equipment.
- Assist in the AVL production of all special events.
- Maintain communication with AVL leadership and volunteers.
- Coordinate scheduling of AVL staff and volunteers for weekly services and events.
- Perform required AVL-related tasks in a timely manner such as billing, timecards, etc.
- Create and maintain the AVL yearly budget.
- Attend weekly worship planning meetings.
- Collaborate with Worship minister on Special projects such as Music videos and special elements for Easter and Advent.

Requirements:
As a religious organization, all employees must affirm and adhere to the Church’s Doctrinal Statement of Faith and Statement on Marriage and Human Sexuality based upon its sincerely held religious beliefs, to qualify for involvement with the ministry. This is necessary to accomplish the Church’s religious mission, goals, and purpose.
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and as Lord.
- Active attendance and involvement at Northwest Bible Church.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively under the pressure of time constraints.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Proficient in tools such as ProPresenter 7 and Planning Center Online.
- Experience with Mircosoft Office.
- Experience with digital sound and lighting consoles.
- Experience with music performance software such Pro Tools, Ableton Live, or Logic Pro.
- Experience with live video production. This includes PTZ cameras, switchers, video routing, SSD recording.
