The Video Producer Editor will report directly to the Director of Video Production and be responsible for managing and editing video projects from concept to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly video segments for the Sunday Morning Worship services
- Create video and motion graphic content for Sunday morning services and other churchwide and ministry events
- Manage and edit video projects from concept to completion
- Manage budgets and deadlines for Video Productions
- Capture ministry b-roll and edit for playback
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Video Production

Spiritual
- Must be fully committed to the Mission and Core Values of First Baptist Dallas
- Must be committed to biblical Christian principles and teachings professionally and personally
- Must possess characteristics that reflect a person of faith and a lifestyle of biblical integrity
- Fully committed to the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and overall church leadership
Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)
- Embody the Green Team Characteristics and work according to our Operating Principles
- Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and have a high level of project management skills
- Must be highly creative and comfortable pitching ideas to the team
- Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- three years of experience in all aspects of video editing (including audio, graphics, and color corrections)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years of practical experience in video production
- Post-production experience required:
- Ability to create a video from concept to screen
- Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Proficient in green screen production and compositing
- Video Production
- DSLR and professional cinema video cameras
- Able to set up lighting, camera, and audio for studio and on-location projects
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift 75lbs
