This position is to mentor children & collegiate students. The youth pastor will work closely with the church's leadership to: restructure and build children's church, arrange a schedule of activities designed to engage children and collegiate students within the church community, each other and the outside world. The youth pastor must help facilitate a relationship with local colleges, oversee Sunday transportation from the colleges, and develop activities that will allow the audience to grow in their understanding of faith, and take on a leadership roles. )
Additional duties include:
-Administer and plan youth spiritual, social, and service programming including Youth Church, community outreach, Bible studies, college ministry initiatives, etc.
-Recruit and train volunteers for efficient implementation of programming as well as form church and community partnerships which result in goal attainment
-Develop and implement programming directed at the spiritual growth of youth and college ministry participants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,113.00 - $40,918.00 per year
