Essential Functions:
Act as the point person for general communication on behalf of the Communications Director.
Receiving, allocating and distributing tasks on behalf of the Communications Team
Assist the Communications Director and team in project managing and administrative needs.
Work with team to oversee work rooms and print jobs.
Work with outside vendors for print needs and merchandise orders.
Assist in printing and working with copy machine vendors.
Oversee purchasing of toner, paper and other supplies needed for the copy machines and work rooms.
Assist in managing church database for Communications team.
Manage CCB calendar for the Communications team.
Collaborate with Creative staff regarding budget.
Assist Communications staff in maintaining work schedules and task management.
Print and deliver lobby posters, bathroom ads, signs, and other materials as needed for the Communications department.
Manage Expense Reports for Communication Director.
Perform other duties, as needed.

Requirements:
Professional/Education

1+ years of project management and administrative experience.
Moderate computer and communication skills.
Ability to manage confidentiality in all aspects of job.
Highly Organized and Detail oriented.

Time Requirements:
This position will be completed 28 hours per week with the possibility of moving to 40 hours per week eventually. Occasional evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, desktop computers and telephones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to sit and/or stand for sustained periods of time; lift, push, pull items in excess of 30 lbs; walk and reach with hands and arms.
