Primary Objective: To build a Creative Arts team and culture at Fresh Hope Church that leads our people into closer proximity to Jesus. To make our online and live experience excellent from a production perspective.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, vision, and passion in the area of Tech and Production ministries that is in line with the overall vision and mission of Fresh Hope
- Coordinate with the Lead Pastor, Worship Pastor, and Tech Teams to cultivate, improve, and manage the live stream experience.
- Oversee and maintain a high quality and excellent audio experience, both in house and on-line.
- Recruit, train, and pastor tech team members for the weekend services and other church events
- Regularly meet with team members to pastor and encourage them (minimum of three team members a month)
- Schedule and maintain the Tech team in Planning Center (keep scheduled two months in advance
- Work with tech team leaders to schedule, train and build the tech team
- Create weekly sermon notes in Pro-Presenter and ensure that all upcoming event/ future series slides are up to date each weekend in Planning Center.
- Assist Worship Pastor with all Message Series Bumpers
- Meet once a month with the Lead Pastor (in-person and/or phone)
- Meet once a month with the Worship Pastor (in-person and/or phone)
- Attend All Staff meeting once a month
- Be present each Sunday at Fresh Hope from setup until tear down (6:30am - 12:30pm)
- Bring creative ideas and work with volunteers to grow the Fresh Hope social media platform (ie. Instagram Reels of the weekend, etc.)
- Work with Worship/Lead Pastor to create and abide by the yearly worship and tech ministry budget
- Schedule all on-line services through Resi (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, etc)
- Develop systems and training for on-boarding new team members

- Leadership that can attract and mobilize others
- Willingness to work in cooperation with Lead Pastor, Creative Director, and others inside and outside the church
- Strong leadership ability with organizational and administrative skills as well as careful attention to detail
- Comfortable with systems such as Planning Center, Google Drive
Qualifications:
- A personal commitment to follow Jesus
- Demonstrate commitment to see Fresh Hope function within the scope of best practices in ministry principles
- Abide by the spiritual discipline of tithing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and internet navigation
Benefits:
- $20,000 - $35,000/year (paid monthly) based on experience
