THE POSITION:

We need your skills to transform how the Archdiocese of Denver engages with its donors. This operational manager will lead the execution and analysis of all digital campaigns and will be responsible for effectively and efficiently connecting parishioners and potential donors with our ministries through email, retargeting, paid social media, and digital ads. This Digital Campaign Manager is highly analytical and knows how to translate data and analysis into recommendations that will be a valuable tool to help the Campaign Director shape the direction of appeal marketing.

Our Archdiocese serves over 500,000 Catholics in Northern Colorado through more than 140 parishes, Catholic schools, Catholic Charities, seminaries, and 40 other ministries. We are blessed with a dedicated mission advancement team that raises over $15 million each year to support the work of our Church.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Must be skilled in Google Analytics to set up campaign tracking and lead transition from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4.
Lead email execution, including identifying best practices, mapping the donor journey, A/B testing, results in analysis and recommending opportunities to improve donor communication.
Collaborate with Database Analyst to segment donor prospects, develop list criteria, and analyze results.
Develop and lead digital advertising plan, including evaluating current digital ad performance and recommendations for optimizing revenue.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to share insights and integrate fundraising efforts with the communications plan.
Manage attribute tracking with existing and new CRM systems.
Work closely with Social Media Manager to develop, track and optimize integrated digital campaigns. Manage the paid social budget and ad performance.
Optimize website donation and fundraising pages on the Archdiocese by working closely with the web development team.
Test use of geofencing data to reach new prospects.
Identify opportunities to expand the Archdiocese's presence through search engine optimization, website retargeting and geotargeting.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for programmatic efforts, review analytics, and make needed campaign adjustments to maximize effectiveness. Regularly report on critical metrics to the campaign team and senior management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of three years of digital marketing experience.
Proficiency in Mailchimp and WordPress.
Expertise in Google Analytics Universal, and 4.
Skilled at using database and CRM systems. (Experience with Blackbaud and Luminate products is a plus but not required.)
A strong team player can build consensus across multiple departments and ministries.
Experience working with charitable organizations (preferred but not required).

Have a positive and supportive attitude toward the Catholic Church, her teachings, and her work.
Refrain from public promotion or approval of any conduct or lifestyle that would reflect discredit or disgrace on, or cause a scandal in relationship to, the Archdiocese of Denver or considered to contradict Catholic doctrine or morals.
Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects of varying complexity and delivering them within specified timeframes and budgets.
You have demonstrated the ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage results effectively.
Engaged in the digital marketing space, following trends, and able to recommend and test new fundraising approaches.
Goal-oriented, self-starter.
Ability to work with multiple personality types.
Cross-function leadership and team player.
Creative thinking–recommend new approaches and balance with tried and true methods.
Comfortable working with databases, gleaning insights, and making data-based recommendations.
Excellent time management and follow-through skills.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
