The HR Clerk will work collaboratively with the HR Team to support clerical needs for the departments' seasonal work, special projects, and in the day-to-day functioning of departmental needs. Responsibilities include gathering records for audits, seasonal support for programs, digital file and record-keeping assistance (scanning, uploading, and merging systems), background checks, motor vehicle reporting, drivers safety, and compliance training/testing, communication of employment verifications, unemployment, social security, and agency claims.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy along with software-related skills using Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access. High skill level needed in the organization, communication, and confidentiality. Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED along with 1-2 years work experience in a related field, associate's degree, preferred.
