GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is one of four Pastoral Associates reporting directly to the Pastor. The Pastor and his Pastoral Associates comprise the Parish Leadership Team (PLT), which oversees and directs all liturgical, ministry, strategic, operational aspects of the Parish Mission. As part of the new staff structure reorganization implemented in September 2022, all staff members will report to one of the Pastoral Associates.

This position requires an individual who is responsible for building and managing a strong, collaborative team for all ministries assigned to the functions of Parish Life.
