Duties of the Kitchen Manger include:
· Maintaining all USDA standards and requirements.
· Managing Free and Reduced Lunch program
· Utilizing commercial kitchen equipment in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
· Monitoring production sheets.
· Monitoring inventory
· Food prep
· Serving fresh hot meals Monday through Friday.
Our School Kitchen Manager will possess these qualification:
· Previous food preparation experience.
· Inventory experience.
· Time management in a fast-paced environment
· Kind, caring, and likes kids.
· Focus on kid satisfaction.
· Detail oriented.
· Fundamental math and computer skills.
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
