Full Job Description

Under the guidance of the Executive Director of Human Resources, will be a key partner on the Office of People Support team, leading various initiatives related to the integrity of process(es) and related data to ensure structure and execution of employee-focused programs.

This person will oversee execution of the HRIS system and partner closely with various vendors, internal partners, and training team. Role will project manage and develop procedural documents, protocols, and trouble-shoot at a high-level. Will develop, train on, and support key metrics to be utilized across a large group of locations and audiences.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA in Human Resources or related business management field
Proven experience with as an HR Operations and/or Systems Management and positive track record as evidenced by references
An ability to maintain strict confidence regarding all information and issues addressed under this position, in the AOD Human Resources department and all other entities of the Archdiocese of Denver; Must be able to recognize and respect confidential information in any, and all, forms.
Interpersonal skills: An ability to present a positive professional image so as to establish rapport, put people at ease, and show genuine interest in others' needs and feelings at appropriate times; An ability to channel the differing needs and viewpoints of others into constructive problem solving. Flexibility in the face of change and/or conflict is required.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and patiently. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An ability to consider alternative courses of action and select the best one; tackle problems or issues directly and make decisions in a timely manner; exercise sound business judgment. Consistently perform all job duties with a high degree of accuracy while meeting necessary deadlines.
An ability to establish regular check points to prevent problems and proactively plan; take constructive timely action to remedy problems and consistently meet quality standard and deadlines.
