RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serving our babies and young children:
- Arrive at 8:30 am to prepare the nursery space.
- Greet children and families at the door and have them sign in. Make sure they write down any allergies or special instructions. Be sure to get cellphone numbers to text if needed. Remind them to keep their phone on silent buzz.
- Lovingly engage with the children and babies in whatever ways they need at the time. Help soothe them when their parents leave.
- Make sure parents sign out when picking up their child(ren).
- Pick up and organize the space after the children leave. You are finished at 12:30 pm.
- Keep your hours updated on your online timesheet for our bookkeeper.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Training and experience caring for babies and young children
- Basic understanding of child development
- Effective verbal and written communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Unitarian Universalist affiliation. Early childhood development training or degree.

We follow the guidelines of Boulder Valley School District and the CDC based on our area's infection rate. When it is high, we require masks. Masking is always welcome. We have air purifiers in each room.
