Salary: $15-$16 per hour with opportunities for growth to become a Teacher’s Assistant
Job Type: Full Time, Year-Round
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists classroom teacher in implementing classroom curriculum and activities to actively engage children to encourage social, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual development
Assists in implementing Christian education program including daily devotionals, bible stories, and prayer
Monitors behaviors in the classroom to assist in engaging young learners
Assists in creating a healthy classroom environment including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children
Works with CEC Leadership to ensures all center policies, state regulations, and other performance standards are met
Performs other related duties as assigned
