Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists classroom teacher in implementing classroom curriculum and activities to actively engage children to encourage social, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual development
- Assists in implementing Christian education program including daily devotionals, bible stories, and prayer
- Monitors behaviors in the classroom to assist in engaging young learners
- Assists in creating a healthy classroom environment including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children
- Works with CEC Leadership to ensures all center policies, state regulations, and other performance standards are met
- Performs other related duties as assigned
