Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the safety of children as a number one priority.
- Oversee the set-up and break down of the children area.
- Create separate environments for appropriate age groups.
- Find, adapt and implement curriculum for different age groups.
- Equip and resource parents with ideas, tools and strategies to help develop their children spiritually.
- Find and purchase themed décor, toys, books and other learning tools when applicable.
- Build and maintain an effective volunteer team.
- Maintain good rapport with children and parents.
