Primary Purpose:
Responsible for accurate and timely entry of all client data in the Legal Server Program System as well as other program databases. Incumbent is responsible for assisting the IT Program Administrator in daily MIS functions as needed. Provide administrative and clerical support as requested by the Legal Department.

Essential Duties:
Understand the requirements of grants and the processes and procedures within the office structure needed to implement the program.
Excel in the back-end modifications of LegalServer Case Management Software to ensure collection of data reflects contract requirements.
Provide support with any data entry or data migrations necessary for software development.
Provide administrative and clerical support including answering telephones and assistance with written correspondence. Notify clients in writing of fingerprint and interview appointment with USCIS. Maintain copies of all correspondence are certified mail receipts.
Daily audits and correction of data entered in the LegalServer system for integrity and uniformity of information. Maintain records of all information/data corrected and uploaded into RSDS database. Ensure that all electronic client files contain required documentation, signatures, notes, and uploads.
Generate batch data upload files for submission to RSDS and ensure that data is transferred accurately into the database. Resolve any errors or rejections from the data upload and confirm that LegalServer reports match RSDS reports.
Review Adult Education data and communicate with program staff to resolve any errors. Manual entry of Adult Education client data into RSDS database in a timely manner. Confirm data has been entered accurately by comparing submitted data from provider to the data reports in RSDS.
Produce LegalServer and RSDS reports for the CWS South Florida Finance Department.
Conduct equipment inventory as needed.
Closely assist the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County offices with software and hardware requirements.
Perform other related duties as requested by the Managing Attorney or IT Administrator.

Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experiences.
Experience: Previous work experience in data entry and general office work. Strong computer literacy required, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word. Priority setting skills and demonstrates sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.

Other Skills:
Strong data entry skills, detail oriented, and close attention to detail. Incumbent is occasionally required to work on weekends and/or after hours to assist with major updates to software, networking, anti-virus programs, etc. Will require travel to the Palm Beach and Broward County offices. Spanish or Haitian Creole speaking preferred.
