Summary: Assists in leading marketing technology projects by identifying, gathering, and documenting business requirement, developing and maintaining project plans, managing project scope budget, and resources, communicating project deliverables status, and establishing project goals and measuring its business impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
Oversee VOD platform and content coordinator.
Work with and lead Digital Marketing team to ensure that YouTube pages are up to date and develop growth strategies for the organization’s YouTube channel.
Lead digital marketing planning process by identifying tactics with dependencies and providing budget and timeline estimates for development efforts.
Monitor the latest marketing technology trends as well as maintaining a strong sense of established marketing/technology best practices.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Ideate new and innovative strategies and tactics alongside technical and marketing colleagues
Work with marketing team to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
Oversee Digital Advertising budget for digital advertising campaigns
Perform deep research into new technologies, and quickly understand new industries and categories
Present new digital marketing ideas and pitches to stakeholders
Provide management and leadership to the digital marketing staff and work collaboratively with staff, management, organizational clients, and provide we project’s support.
Partner with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers, and other organizational staff to ensure the organization’s online properties meet both client and organizational needs, align with the brand strategy platform, and meet organizational web standard in accordance with team’s established workflow.
Coordinate with internal and external agencies to translate marketing strategies into media execution to include retargeting, display, video SEM, SEO, affiliates, and social media.
Manage and collaborate with internal team and external agencies in development optimization techniques, UI/UX design, and content strategy to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
Responsible for strategizing, overseeing, measuring, and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns & the execution of the digital marketing team’s results.
Managing the redesign of the company website.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year Degree); or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:
English and Spanish-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present
information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Inventory software.
