Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Grow and expand the existing program to include innovative offerings
Demonstrate expertise in navigating school software (training will be provided)
Vet, hire, and supervise vendors
Update and maintain vendors' files
Create an Enrichment and Summer Camp schedule and process registration for each session
Work with Communications to prepare marketing materials for Enrichment, After School, and Summer programs
Responsible for the safety of children in the Enrichment, After School Care, and Summer Programs
Maintain a list of children enrolled in the programs at any given time
Provide business office schedule and roster of students by grade for billing purposes
Manage the ins and outs of all students during program hours
School days: from 3:15 p.m. until parent pick-up at 6:00 p.m. (or the last students have left)
Summer Camp hours will be determined yearly

Schedule

5 days per week, hours to be set by the supervisor – generally, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or until every child is picked up by parent/guardian or as needed during the school year
7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as needed during the summer program
At times, the Director of Enrichment, After School Care, and Summer Programs will be asked to provide services during teacher workdays or no school days
