Job Overview: Responsible for performing tasks and managing tasks associated with tactical, operational, and strategic projects for Marketing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. § work closely with Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialists, and members of the Marketing team to identify, plan, organize, and drive activities related to marketing projects § Accountable for completing the tasks and projects by delivering on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. § Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. § Delegating tasks on the projects to appropriate employees/teams ensuring follow up is done until tasks are completed including submitting all project requests through appropriate channels such as current company project management software. § Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy § Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected. § Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs for the project change. § Professional Qualifications § PMP Certification preferred. § Able to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple projects at the same time. Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience. Spiritual Qualifications § Uncompromised commitment to KJM’s vision, values, core beliefs and statement of faith. § Agree to be an active participant in King Jesus International Ministry. § Be a born-again Christian who conducts affairs in accordance with the Bible and maintains a lifestyle consistent with the Scriptures. § Understand that in this role, they are a critical part of KJM’s mission to bring the supernatural power of God to this generation, and that part of their responsibilities as a church employee includes being considered a spiritual leader in the church.
