Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies education or related field.
- Florida Department of Education certificate in Social Studies- temporary or professional required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Must be willing to be trained in the International Baccalaureate philosophy and its ongoing education.
- Able to work collaboratively with other teachers and department staff.
- Must have clear and concise communications with students and parents.
- Demonstrated technology skills needed for digital books and interactive classroom technology.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus.
- Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
- Must conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the tenets of the Catholic Church.
