We are excited to have Dr. Ben Rall from Achieve Wellness and Dr. Lisa Palmer from Palmer Natural Health back and this time they will be talking about how to rock this school year when it comes to wellness. We are also super excited to welcome Bethanne Weiss to the lineup. She is The Queen of More Joy and Less OY. The most important tool you need to ensure a successful school year is YOUR wellness, so don't miss this amazing event!

DR. LISA PALMER, DC, head physician at Palmer Natural Health and developer of Quantum Nutrition Testing, will show us the power of our immune system and how we can actively support it. She is dedicated to helping people find the TRUE CAUSE of their health problems and rebalance their bodies. She completed her degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West and went on to study Sports Medicine at the University of Florida working with their NCAA Division 1 Football team.

DR. BEN RALL, DC, Achieve Wellness, will break down and dispel myths that parents and students have that can negatively impact their health and offer solutions. Born and raised in South Dakota, he owned and operated one of the largest chiropractic and wellness clinics in the US. He was the official chiropractor for Team USA Wrestling, Weight lifting and Judo at the 2012 London Olympics. He is the author of Cooperative Wellness, a powerful approach to the healthcare solution. He is also the host of the 5-star rated podcast, Designed to Heal.

BETHANNE WEISS, BS, The Queen of More Joy and Less OY, will show us Ten Tiny Tweaks to our body, brain (and booty of course) to move, feel and look incredible in 10 minutes (and have so much FUN doing it) despite aches, ailments and OY associated with aging. Bethanne is an author, motivational speaker, ACE Certified Fitness, Nutrition and Behavior-Change Specialist with more than than 35 years of inspiring others to move their assets despite her lifelong struggles with deformed feet, a balance disorder and chronic pain and dizziness.

Julie and Robyn left their corporate jobs and now focus on teaching health and wellness. They are committed to inspiring healthy living and teach classes locally.

Julie is married to Jim Atwell; they have five children. She is from St Louis, MO and has lived in Florida for over 25 years. Julie attended Kansas University and received a BS in Advertising.

Robyn has two children and although originally from New York, has lived in Central Florida since 1979. Robyn attended University of Florida and received a BS in Advertising; she also has an MBA from Crummer School of Business at Rollins College.
