Responsibilities

  • Provides oversight and leadership to the Deeper Global Family production and creative teams for

Sunday Service and Mid-Week segments.

  • Work with Creative Director, Broadcast Video Director, Deeper Global Family Director, and respective ministry leaders to lead video projects from storyboard concept to finalized delivery.
  • Participates in and contributes to weekly team meetings; assists the team by completing duties assigned during planning meetings.
  • Will assist Creative Director to oversee the graphic design needs of the church by directing contractors and volunteers teams with assignments and deadlines.
  • Must be able to create video content and compelling designs for a diverse range of audiences.
  • Assist in capturing and editing video files for rebroadcast, short-form social media videos (with text), testimonies, trailers, sizzle reels, worship videos, instructional videos, commercials, ministry promos, etc…
  • Create short and engaging promotional videos using images, text, audio, and archived videos.
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to video.
  • Execute color grading and correction for best video quality and output.
  • Update project management software, Monday with project status.

Volunteer Development

  • Works to build and maintain highly functioning volunteers involved with the development of live video production.
  • Develops systems to ensure that all volunteers are equipped and empowered for service.
  • Personally mentors and shepherd staff & lay leaders within the Deeper Creative Media department.
  • Builds rapport with team members and staff to influence growth and creativity.

Relationships

  • Reports to and interacts most significantly with the Creative Director, Creative Media Video

Director, Lead Pastor & Executive Pastor.

  • Works as a team member and servant leader of the Deeper Creative Media Department.
  • Lead and manage the video production and creative teams of the Deeper Global Family
  • Interacts frequently with the Lighting Director, Service Producer, Communications Director, Video

Editors, Head of Audio, Broadcast Mix Engineer, and Graphics Specialists.

  • Helps recruit, schedule, and supervise volunteers, contractors, and interns in supportive roles.

Requirements

  • A growing committed follower of Jesus Christ along with affirming the mission and values of

Deeper Fellowship Church.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in media, video production, or graphic design-related study, or the equivalent of 5+ years of related ministry-based TV/Broadcast experience at a large church.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with studio and field broadcast production are required.
  • Possess key spiritual gifts of leadership, encouragement, and shepherding.
  • Ability to fulfill the physical, mental, and emotional requirements of the position and work within the necessary work environment.
  • Willingness to commit to church membership to Deeper Fellowship Church within the first six months of employment.
  • Willingness and ability to comply with and support all policies, covenants, procedures, standards, and statements outlined in the Employee Handbook, position papers, and other official documents created for Deeper Fellowship Church.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects (Adobe Creative Suite applications) is preferred; Davinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro would also be acceptable.
  • Experience in television production and post-production is preferred.
  • Experience and advanced knowledge with editing audio, color correction, color grading, and compressing all video file types.
  • Can handle multiple tasks/assignments.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with studio and field broadcast production
  • Must be self-motivated and able to keep several initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • High awareness of online and offline resources for finding stock footage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
