About the Role
Dare to Imagine is looking for a Campus Pastor who is passionate and excited about helping individuals and families reach their full potential in Jesus Christ. The perfect candidate will be a dynamic leader who is experienced in motivating teams, building teams, developing strategy, and executing vision.
Must Haves
A passion for evangelism
A hunger to see the church multiply regionally
A motivator and manager of staff, teams, groups, and volunteers
A communications whiz who is able to cast and share the vision, develop the strategy, and inspire the community through all channels
A gifted teacher and preacher who is able to develop relevant, Biblical messages
A strong belief in generosity and blessing others
A desire to see people connected in community
A drive to create and sustain momentum and campus health
Prerequisites
Education: Bachelor degree. Seminary degree preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, preach, teach, and cast vision in a large church setting.
Ability to lead and develop teams.
