JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Campus Tech Lead
Positions Reports To: Director of Production
Summary:
The Campus Technical Lead manages the use of production technology to create compelling environments for Discovery weekend services and events at their assigned campus. In addition, this individual provides leadership, training, and direction to Discovery technical service elements and volunteers at their campus.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
Experience Required
- 4+ years of AVL experience in a church or corporate setting.
Primary Responsibilities –
- Oversee the utilization of technical equipment, both owned and shared, at their campus.
- Lead and equip Campus volunteer teams with the skills necessary to provide technical excellence.
- Oversee recruiting, training and scheduling of Campus Volunteers.
- Attend team planning, re-cap, and one on one development meetings as scheduled
- Participate in the support of Discovery Ministry events.
- Standard Workdays: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri
- Ability to operate all positions at FOH at a basic level
- Ensure WG and AC Campuses run with operational excellence and cleanliness.
- Innovate new and creative ways to leverage technology and innovation within Discovery environments.
- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Basic Qualifications –
- Strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in both a collaborative team & solo environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in high pressure situations
- Basic video engineering experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills.
- Ability to manage changing timelines and priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
