The successful candidate will possess:
- A profound appreciation for the sacred ritual of communion, and its importance in helping churches build the Kingdom.
- Sales experience and a proven track record of building relationships through service with a customer base. The ability to cooperatively formulate strategies and metrics to manage an account base and territory.
- An affinity for Christian-based groups or churches of all denominations. Prior experience and contacts in this realm are beneficial.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to react nimbly to emerging/changing market dynamics. The ability to communicate observed changing market dynamics to the Executive team at WCC.
- Time management and organizational skills. The ability to work alone and self-manage.
- Experience in the prefilled communion cup industry is highly desirable. Prior experience will be rewarded in the compensation package.
This position will include a base salary, bonuses based on the compensation plan, and an expense account. It is a leadership position within our organization, and its importance is vital. You are the face of our business for your customers, and they must be able to depend on you.
