Major Job Responsibilities/Key Duties:  

Manage all aspects of Alive Church communications channels including websites, social media outlets, electronic communications, and print media. 

Oversee the graphic design, layout, and design process of materials, giving guidance and training where necessary to ensure that logos, slogans, ad copy artwork, etc., are acceptable in format and presentation.  

Coordinate and offer creative input and brand expertise across all ministry areas, functioning as an in-house brand consultant. 

Maintain a close relationship with the City of Orlando and Chamber of Commerce to be involved and oversee community events. 

Maintains and preserves all Alive Church logos, artwork, and photos used in the production of all material. 

Contact members of the media to set up interviews with church leaders, or to promote church-wide events.  

Recruit, engage, and manage all photographers, videographers, and video production vendors/freelancers.  

Plan, implement and monitor our social media strategy to increase church awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase attendance. 

Attend weekly staff meetings to gain knowledge of church activities and culture.  

Manage all materials for church events, including print & digital assets (in conjunction with our creative team). 

Determine the topics that need to be communicated and the best medium to promote.  

Stay up to date on consumer trends and social causes.
