Must Have:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of MailChimp, Canva, Planning Center
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles, effective project management skills, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and analyze reporting information.
  • Provide excellent team collaboration while supporting the communication and marketing needs of campus/ministry teams.
  • Assist with everyday tasks including emailing, printing, and typing work.
  • Attend Sunday Morning services to help with last-minute changes and assist the Communications Team.
