- The coordinator of Innovations will provide support for a literacy rich educational atmosphere throughout the school.
- They will help to encourage a positive student learning environment.
- The coordinator of Innovation will support all members of the staff with student achievement, professional development, and implementation of the school's initiatives.
- They will oversee the inventories of all technology equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain all technology on campus, hardware and software.
- Plan and deliver professional development for staff on technology.
Requirements
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Curriculum knowledge and understanding of grades PK3-8
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of current research of educational trends
- Planning and organizational skills
- Commitment to core ideals about teaching, learning, and ongoing professional development.
- Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings.
- Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church.
