PURPOSE: This role oversees all creative elements for the Lead Pastors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1: Online Presence
DUTY STATEMENT 1: Develop a strategy for increasing Lead Pastors voice and developing their brand.
DUTY STATEMENT 2: Implementation of the branding strategy.
DUTY STATEMENT 3: Ensure execution of creative elements.
(Online presence includes social media, Youtube, podcasts, blogs, website and etc…)
KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2: Sunday Supportive Responsibilities
DUTY STATEMENT 1: Be available to help lead pastors in all church related activities.
DUTY STATEMENT 2: Life change stories, Sunday Snippets and photo shoots.
DUTY STATEMENT 3: Assist in writing books and any additional writing projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3: Additional Creative Responsibilities
DUTY STATEMENT 1: Oversee the LP’s Creative Team and content creation.
DUTY STATEMENT 2: Oversee Social Media for the LP’s including Posting, captions, messaging, and commenting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY 4: Personal Growth and Development
DUTY STATEMENT 1: Resource– read spiritual and leadership books/material.
DUTY STATEMENT 2: Mentorship – reach out and learn from others in your field.
DUTY STATEMENT 3: Craft – carve out time to develop and stretch yourself creatively.
**Manage & Steward Department Budget – turning in receipts in a timely manner, keeping record of expenses and attending to their allocated budget.
