The Data Coordinator for Advancement is an integral role on the Advancement Team, responsible for producing high-quality, detailed work while providing expertise to enhance efficiencies. This individual must have a collaborative approach and a willingness to be flexible while providing precise, consistent work output in a timely manner. This individual will provide excellent customer service to help move relationships forward with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and train Advancement Team members on best practice procedures for reporting, data entry, and donor insight.
Maintain an up-to-date list of database users and permissions; assure training for all users.
Coordinate cultivation discussions with Advancement President and VP, including providing donor history and research, to ensure effective donor stewardship.
Scrub data as needed to ensure optimal reporting and data analysis.
Serve as Advancement Team expert on data entry of donor records, alumni, current students, and current families while documenting and honoring donor intent.
Participate in meetings and/or presentations as needed.
Deliver reporting guidance, including campaign and initiative analysis, for fiscal financials.
Provide monthly financial reconciliation for finance and athletics, including the preparation of journal entries to reallocate monies to team sports accounts.
Prepare and provide MSC financial reconciliation.
Customize reporting and analytics for campaigns and fund structures to reflect budget, constituent behavior, and future goal parameters.
Prepare bi-weekly appeal metric reports for Advancement Team meetings.
Monitor and process all Matching Gifts.
Update alumni records from PaperSave to link former or new relationships in Raiser’s Edge.
Complete documentation of endowments and reporting for Finance and the Catholic Foundation of Central Florida.
Enter and manage all donations and processing setup procedures from Online Express.
Prepare annual statements for donors.
Handle all campaign data entry, pledges, and billings.
Create constituent lists as needed, including invitation lists, solicitation and appeal mailing lists, email communications and publications, and detailed donor lists for the annual report.
Perform advanced queries and build advanced exports, sort and analyze data, identify donor trends, and produce analytical reports.
Develop and produce donor recognition lists for items such as the annual report, corporate sponsors, prospective donors.

Requirements:
Five-plus years of comparable experience working with relational databases, preference is given to Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and NXT.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Must be highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex data.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Possess demonstrated understanding of the Catholic Church culture.
Positive personality with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in an atmosphere of collaboration and service.
Employment is contingent on the applicant passing a full background check.
Upon employment, the individual will be subject to a 90-day probationary period.
