Serve as the leader of the Contemporary Bands and their Music Director.
- Lead worship at Contemporary Masses on weekends.
- Recruit, train, develop, and pastor musicians.
- Serve as a member of the Worship Team on staff, planning creative and musical elements of weekends and special events.
- In collaboration with the Music Director, coordinate the details of the band: arranging music, leading rehearsals, scheduling musicians, planning team events, and more.
- In collaboration with the Music Director, champion the band's sound by audio balancing and mixing, as well as providing vision, direction, and feedback for audio and visual experiences.
- Oversee the audio and worship program equipment and assist with managing the annual music budget, setting priorities for media, technology, and systems upgrades.
- Experience serving and leading in a local church
- Strong musical talent and ability to lead worship vocally
- Excellent communication skills, and interpersonally
- Experience managing a group of musicians and/or band
- Administrative skills and ability to multi task, organize, plan, and execute a vision
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
