Vision
- Bring our congregation (both in-person and online) into the presence of God through a worship experience.
- Disciple people of all ages through religious community & musicianship.
Essential Functions
- Recruit, lead, train, schedule, rehearse and equip a team of music volunteers to lead weekly music.
- Recruit, lead, train, schedule, rehearse and equip a team of AV volunteers to ensure the congregation (in-person/online) can experience dynamic worship.
- Disciple the music and AV volunteers through prayer, fellowship, study, accountability, and service.
- Coordinate with the Lead Pastor about worship planning on the planning center, song selection, and worship order in alignment with Methodist theology.
- Oversee AV, lighting, and other worship-related equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the collective ministry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
