Drums

• We are searching for gifted drummer that can also play keys or another instrument if need, and

if can sing is highly preferred.

• Very important to have a biblical understanding of worship music, and understanding it is not the same as concert, performance, or gig musicianship.

• Setting up and performing for live audiences, and attending rehearsals and studio sessions in a timely manner.

• Practicing on your own prior to studio sessions and rehearsals.

• Learning songs, tempo and practicing at home daily to be well prepared for

Sunday morning service, Wednesday Services, and rehearsals.

• Networking with other singers/musicians and industry professionals.

• Experimenting with different genres, and stretching yourself with your

craft.

• Responding well to feedback and recommendations

• One year commitment is ideal,

• Passion, dedication, and excellent time management.

• Ability to work alone and to collaborate with others.

• A willingness to learn and accept feedback.

• HEART for worship, serving, unity in the team and church.

• Finding a replacement in your absence

• Understanding dynamics (pick it up, bring it down, play soft, less is more, flow) spirit led

• Follow Band leader’s direction as he translates what the WP needs in music and for the team.

• Bringing matters to the Worship Pastor first to pray and resolve, if unable to bring to the person directly.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $150.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability
