The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

The Ethnic Ministry Fund Administrator helps bring equity to Cru’s funding system, empowering ethnic minority staff and interns to be fully funded so they can fulfill their missional calling within Cru’s mission of win, build, and send in the power of the Holy Spirit. He or she supports the EMF Committee by gathering and processing information (such as applications for grants, monthly reports, and prayer letters), communicating with various constituencies (such as ethnic minority interns and staff, MPD coaches, internal and external donors to the EMF, and various Cru leaders), and assisting in other ongoing tasks (such as answering questions and keeping information updated.)

Education and/or Experience:

Associate degree plus 1-3 years of comparable experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Cru preferred.
