ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Monitor and reconcile bank and investment accounts on a monthly basis and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare bi weekly payroll and facilitate associated taxes.
  • Pay invoices and bills with proper documentation.
  • Oversee counting of donations, record donor contributions, and assist with electronic giving.
  • Prepare monthly reports for finance team meetings, reports for the district/conference, and assist with annual budget planning.
  • Prepare documentation for external audit.
  • Facilitate grant applications.
  • Abide by the staff covenant.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
