I. QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in communications, digital media, and graphic design
- Knowledge of Office 365 Apps, Outlook, and other business applications
- Heart for service to the Lord
- Desire to empower people and students to serve
- Self-motivated, self-directed requiring minimal supervision
- Embrace change and can adapt quickly with a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Able to figure it out, follow through, and get it done
- Strong ability to relate to all staff with compassion, humility, and confidence
- Requires technical skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and meet strict time constraints for specific tasks
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Services
- Manage day-to-day execution of Guest Services.
- Coordinate volunteers, their schedules, and weekly information emails, etc.
- Front-line leader for Guest Services team members, cultivating them to create the best possible guest experience
- Setup and tear down Guest Services components of our Sunday experience
- Other duties as assigned
Administrative Assistant
- Assist with tasks such as marketing plan tracking, marketing calendar coordination, and door sign updates
- Assist with ordering, monthly credit card statements and invoice processing, budget tracking and forecasting
- Assist with asset tracking and distribution
- Assist with event calendar tracking and coordination
- Schedule volunteers for our Sunday experiences and special events
- Coordinate various projects and vendors
- Other duties as assigned
