Welcome to Holy Family Catholic School. Substitute teachers are responsible for creating a positive learning environment and are expected to implement the lesson plans provided by the teacher; maintain a safe environment and take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect the students. A person in this position agrees to support the policies and expectations of our school and that of the Diocese of Orlando.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Uphold the mission of the school and value the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Handle normal discipline in the classroom and enforces classroom expectations and procedures.
Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and times designated.
Perform other duties as assigned.
. Requirements:
Should hold a bachelor's degree preferably in education.
Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings.
Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church.
Their public behavior must not violate the faith, morals or laws of the Church or the policies of the diocese.
