- Lead a full range of ministries for middle school and senior high school students.
- Assist with the church's educational ministries, including Regency Christian Academy, Sunday School/Small Groups, and Discipleship Training.
- Assist with pastoral ministries, including home and hospital visitation and occasional teaching/preaching.
- Participate in community and associational ministries as time permits.
- Seek continually to grow spiritually and discover new and effective ministry opportunities.
- Possess a working knowledge of social media and computers.
