Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Theology, Pastoral Studies, Pastoral Ministry
Demonstrated leadership experience in related pastoral care ministries, volunteer management, outreach projects; and training/facilitation.
Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
Must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Catholic Church.
Public behavior must not violate the faith, morals or laws of the Church or the policies of the diocese.
Valid Florida driver's license.
Ability to pass Diocese of Orlando background check and safe environment training.
